From an incident to an organised record
Write what happened, when and where. Keep people, witnesses and the effect on your work with each incident.
Keep supporting evidence and follow-ups with the relevant incidents, within your plan’s storage allowance.
Search your records, organise a timeline and prepare reports using the features on your plan.
Record your own account at your own pace. You can also use our blank template without an account.
Plans and report featuresA dated diary can help explain your account alongside emails, messages and witness evidence. It does not independently prove an allegation or guarantee that a tribunal will accept your account. Keep original material, distinguish facts from recollections, and follow any disclosure directions. Get independent advice about your circumstances.
EviDiary does not give your employer automatic access to your account. Records use account-based access controls and private evidence storage. Someone with access to your device, account or exported files may still see them. Service providers process information as described in our Privacy Policy, and legal disclosure obligations may apply. Use a personal device and email address where possible.
Free includes unlimited text incidents and notes, one active case, follow-ups, search, a timeline and 50 MB of evidence storage. Chronology PDFs require Plus, or a one-off Case Pack for that specific case. See Pricing for current allowances and report features.
